House Information Our 3-bedroom house is located in a nice community on Fire Island called Ocean Bay Park. Our neighborhood is very family oriented, which we really enjoy ourselves. The house is one block (about 5 houses) away from a beautiful beach. Seaview is a few blocks away. Ocean Beach is less than a 10-minute bike ride away. #20 Erie has a great 2-story layout and amazing light throughout. The Dining room/living room is a huge open space cooled by a large ceiling fan and clerestory windows that catch the high ocean breezes. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one has a double/full-size bed for 1 or 2, and the other has 2 twin beds), and one "master" bedroom upstairs (with a queen-size bed) that overlooks the living room and has its own private balcony deck. The house sleeps up to 6 people, has 2 bathrooms and 2 large deck areas (one in the front with a big table for lunching outside in the sun, and another deck, even more private, in the back of the house with deck chairs and another table for dining in the shade). #20 Erie is fully equipped with modern electronics (2 satellite TV's with DirecTV, HBO, etc., DVD, VCR, CD stereo), high-end appliances (washer/dryer, Bosch D/W, stainless steel fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, full cooking gear/utensils, condiments, pots, pans, etc.), linens and & towels (bath & beach), porta-crib (on request), bicycles & wagon. There's a large outdoor shower, Weber BBQ grill, patio & deck furniture, beach chairs & umbrellas, toys, games, books, video library, smash ball sets, tennis rackets, wagon, etc. All utilities (electric, propane, water, cable) are included in rental fee. |
