House Information 20 Erie House is located in a nice community on Fire Island called Ocean Bay Park. Our neighborhood is very family oriented, which we really enjoy ourselves. The house is one block (about 5 houses) away from a beautiful beach. Seaview is 1 mile away. Ocean Beach is less than a 10 minute bike ride away. Our 3-Bedroom House has a great layout and amazing light throughout. There are 2 bedrooms (1 with a full bed and 1 with 2 twin beds) downstairs and 1 "loft" bedroom upstairs with a Queen size bed, overlooking the living room. The house sleeps up to 6 people, has 2 bathrooms and 2 huge deck areas (1 in the front with a big table for lunching outside and another deck, even more private, in the back of the house with table and chairs). 20 Erie is fully equipped with electronics (2 satellite TV's with DirecTV, HBO, etc., DVD, VCR, CD stereo), washer/dryer, stainless steel fridge, microwave, blender & full cooking gear/utensils, condiments, pots, pans, etc, coffee machine, dishwasher, linens and & towels, porta-crib (on request) and a few bicycles. There's a large outdoor shower, Weber BBQ grill, patio & deck furniture, beach chairs & umbrellas, toys, games, books, video library, smash ball sets, tennis rackets, wagon, etc. The Dining room/Living room is a huge open space coveted by a large ceiling fan.
