House Information 19 Erie House is located in a nice community on Fire Island called Ocean Bay Park. Our neighborhood is very family oriented, which we really enjoy ourselves. The house is one block (about 5 houses) away from a beautiful beach. Seaview is 1 mile away. Ocean Beach is less than a 10 minute bike ride away. Our 4-Bedroom House has 3 big bedrooms in the main house (beds: 2 Queen, 1 bunk bed) and 1 separate/detached guest bedroom (Bed: Double). The house sleeps up to 8 people, has 2 bathrooms and 2 deck areas, and is fully equipped with everything you need for a great island stay: washer/dryer, 2 outdoor showers, ceiling fans in 2 master bedrooms and living room, bicycles, wagon, linens & towels (bath & beach), porta-crib (on request), stainless steel fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, blender & full cooking gear/utensils, condiments, pots, pans, etc, coffee machine; Weber BBQ grill, 2 satellite TV's (DirecTV, HBO, etc.), DVD, VCR, CD stereo, piano, games, books, video library, smashball sets, patio & deck furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach toys, etc.
